Jan Sayer has worked with some incredibly exciting people who are far too celebrated to be named in her humble biography. After university, she toured Europe and beyond as a company stage manager and lighting designer. For ten years, she was a stage manager at Sydney Opera House. She was a producer for the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games and recently an executive assistant at the University of Sydney.

She has written two crime novels, Exposure, which is set in Nova Scotia, and We Can't All Die Like Buddy Holly, the first in a series of crime thrillers.
Writing under the pen name, Jessika Jenvieve, she has written three cozy fantasy books: Tails from The Cat Shop, The University Cat - A Tale for Grown-Ups and Graduates, and Beware the Cat

Today she lives on the island of Texel in the Netherlands. She loves cats, sports cars, and the ocean, and she hopes to earn enough to feed her designer clothes habit.
