Tammy Burke, a former officer of the Greater Lehigh Valley Writers Group (GLVWG), has served as both president and as chair for a record sold-out three-day "Write Stuff" conference with pre-con workshops.
She is currently works David Farland's Apex-Writers as an admin and schedules industry leaders and up-and-comings on Apex's multi-zoom week schedule, along with providing content for social posts, blog posts and more.
She has published over 400 articles, has interviewed celebrities, agents, editors, authors , etc.
Her published works include over 400 newspaper articles and blog posts where she has interviewed celebrities, agents, editors, authors, etc. Her short story A FIREFLY'S CONSCIOUS AND THE PSYCHOPATH has been picked up by Wonderbird Press' Murderbugs, the second volume of the Unhelpful Encyclopedia, which will be out in early 2024.
Additionally, the first book in her YA Epic Fantasy HEART OF THE WORLDS series, FAERIES DON'T LIE, will be out in May 2024.
When not writing or wearing other hats, she can sometimes be found with a sword and a dagger in her hands for medieval-style fencing tournaments and melees, something she’s been doing since 2010.
