Sue is an indie suspense/horror writer who has written and published four novels and two anthologies of short horror stories.She is currently working on her 8th book, In a Corner, Darkly: Volume 3, which will be a collection of 15 short horror/sci-fi stories. It will be available sometime in 2025.

She retired in early '21 from Illinois State University after working 30 years in Milner Library.

She also holds a Master's Degree in Kinesiology and Recreation and a Bachelor's Degree in Speech Communication from ISU.

When Sue is not writing, she can be found running, watching weird movies, lifting weights, practicing french horn, or hanging out with Charlie, her husband and "partner in crime". They have two cats who actually run the home and walk on the tables when left alone, much to Sue and Charlie's dismay.
