Shamim Yusuf, is the author of the book ‘Why Sky is Not the Limit’, which was released at the Sharjah International Book Fair on November 5, 2023.
Shamim enjoys a unique distinction of to be born and raised in a foreign country, which is the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The book, "Why Sky Is Not the Limit" is his tribute to the vision of the rulers of UAE. His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice
President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, is a great inspiration and motivator to Shamim. He says, that Sheikh Mohammed inspires all by saying ‘They say the sky is the limit for ambition; we say the sky is only the beginning.” This quote inspired Shamim to choose the title of his maiden book as “Why Sky is Not
the Limit’.
On the professional front, Shamim Yusuf is qualified in Property Management, Facility Management and Hospitality Sector, and
currently he is engaged with Al Nahda Centre Dubai, in the capacity of General Manager.

Why Sky Is Not The Limit is vignettes of Shamim who
has witnessed from close quarters the evolution of the
UAE from fledgling stages to a trailblazing economy that
catapulted the country to interplanetary expeditions.
The book is also a tribute to the vision of the rulers of
this great country that brought the UAE to the forefront of
nations in a short span of 50 years, an envious feat that no
other country can claim. It is also the success story of the
UAE.
