What really happened over a hundred years ago that is still classified at the highest levels of two world powers?

By blind luck or some intricate design, Finn Moffett (an NSA Analyst) and Echo Onsoillan, MD (a third-year resident) find themselves dragged into a maelstrom of murder, foreign agents, and symbiotic beings. The pair are compelled to keep a secret world powers have sheltered for almost a century.
