In the dead of night, a modern-day gunslinger must face a diabolical creature that will stop at nothing to get what it wants.

In an abandoned farmhouse, Boston is put to the test in hopes of joining a paranormal investigation team—to know that death is not the end after what happened to his parents. He has to remain in a chair for one hour, or he’ll fail. As the hour passes, strange things happen that he can’t explain. And then something sinister whispers his name and cackles.

Where others have failed and run off screaming, he will prevail, not overreact—nothing will drag him from that chair. After all, it’s part of the test, right?

And then everything changes, the surreal becomes a reality. A horrid beast wants something Boston has, something his father stole, something Boston and a paranormal investigation team must keep from the evil that now chases them—at all costs—or the cloud of darkness closing in will consume them all.

Full of supernatural suspense and heart-pumping thrills, Lords of Apocalypse: Nexus is a must-read for fans of the genre. With a gripping plot and a fearless protagonist, this book will keep you on the edge of your seat until the very end.

This book was great at nudging you into the story yet again for another round, then keeping it going at an even faster pace! The characters were evolving just as quickly and you wanted to be their friend and not be against them. Loved it!

This was a great book that had my attention in the first few pages. The rapport between Boston and the ghost hunters flowed well with no hitches. The book is exciting enough to keep you reading until the end and leave you wanting more! I'm always looking for a new author to read and Randy Dean Noble is now on my list of can't wait to read books!

Could not put this book down! Started reading during flight and once landed wanted to sit in airport and finish! Whew the characters were riveting and grab my mind from the first chapter! Highly recommend for those who love the paranormal, but definitely not for those who are afraid of the dark heh heh!
