Marcha Fox earned a Bachelor of Science degree in physics from Utah State University in 1987, which resulted in a 20+ year career at NASA's Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas. Her most recent literary works comprise the multi-award-winning cross-cultural thrillers, "The Curse of Dead Horse Canyon: Cheyenne Spirits", volume one of "The Dead Horse Canyon Saga" trilogy, and "Return to Dead Horse Canyon: Grandfather Spirits", both coauthored with Pete Risingsun, an enrolled member of the Cheyenne tribe. Volume 3 is currently in-work.
Other fiction work includes "The Star Trails Tetralogy," a multi-volume STEM-friendly science fiction series designed for youth with an interest in science. The series includes an educator guide which provides chapter by chapter discussion and lesson ideas related to the stories, which are also available as audiobooks narrated by T.W. Ashworth.
Her nonfiction book, "Whobeda's Guide to Basic Astrology," provides a beginner's guide to the ancient cosmic art of reading the heavens, and "The Family History Fun Factor" describes how to collect and preserve family folklore.
She's the mother of six grown children, a practicing astrologer, has multiple feline fur babies, and lives in a rural area of Western New York state.
