Gordita Conspiracy
By Lyle Christie
Five years ago, Tag Finn went on his final mission for the CIA’s elite Special Activities Division. It had entailed smuggling a brilliant nuclear scientist named Farid Ardeshir out of Iran, but things got complicated when Iranian agents intercepted them in Istanbul, and Finn was ordered to terminate the scientist rather than let him fall back into enemy hands. After finishing up the assignment, he returned home and, feeling disenchanted with the Agency, walked away from a brilliant career in espionage to become a lowly private investigator. Unfortunately for Finn, a powerful secret society called the Topless Agenda knows the truth of what happened on that mission—that Finn didn’t terminate the scientist, and the man in question has been living in the United Arab Emirates, where he recently made a discovery that will solve the world’s energy needs. Now, the Topless Agenda, knowing that Finn is the only man the scientist will trust, need him to bring the man to the west, and Finn sets off on a perilous journey across the Middle East, where he must keep his mind sharp and wits about him as he faces a bevy of dangerous foes and more than a few femme fatales.
Move over James Bond, because Tag Finn is here, and, in spite of his very real fear of public restrooms, he will save the girl and the day—or at least die trying.
