Louise Coghlan is a writer, speaker and communicator from County Kildare, Ireland. Her writing has been published in 'The Irish Independent', 'U Magazine' & 'The Irish Times'. She has also worked as a full-time journalist for 'The Offaly Topic' while also working for national broadcaster 'Newstalk' as a researcher. She has contributed documentaries & is a regular guest panelist on Midlands 103. Louise also ran her own PR, Marketing & Events company for many years, helping artists and entertainers in many areas of their careers. She is very active on all social media platforms particularly with her Facebook Family on ‘Living and Laughing with Lou’ with over 22,000 followers & an estimated audience size of 4 million people.
Louise Coghlan is also a published author and her book 'Granny Nancy - The Story of Ireland's Oldest Lady' has been a huge success since its release in October 2022. On its second reprint along with a ten week Irish tour, a three week American Tour and a week spent in London invited along as a content creator to London Book Fair 2023, Lou is going from strength to strength in her speaking, writing & communicative career.
