The Cold Trail

When retired FBI Agent Sean Kruger becomes involved in the rescue of a kidnapped female graduate student, he finds the events of the abduction too familiar. During the years 1998 through 2002 six female college students vanished without a trace from four different college campuses, never to be seen again. A suspect was never identified. As the lead FBI investigator on the case, the failure to close it continues to haunt him.
Now, with the help of JR Diminski, he has a new clue in the cold case. Tired of teaching and wanting closure for the missing women’s families, he rejoins the FBI.
Investigating the cold case will lead Kruger down a dark trail, a trail of dark money and darker passions.
