Kenora Reinvented

Dumped for a younger woman. Fired for insubordination. Drowning in the money pit that's her lakefront fixer upper.

When an eleventh-hour interview lands her a job as a private investigator, Kenora Tedesco is sure it’s the end of her troubles. But instead of a snazzy wardrobe and movie-inspired intrigue, danger threatens to derail her new life. She gets trapped in a storage locker by a lovesick embezzler, caught up in international fraud, and declared dead by a drugstore pharmacist. Rookie blunders put a promising second-chance romance with Jake Barclay, a retired cop—and her new boss—at risk.

Is Kenora ready to admit defeat? Should she settle for good enough or will she fight for what she wants—and win?
