Dixiane Hallaj lives in the small town of Purcellville, Virginia, with the memory of her husband of 55 years and their cat named Dog. She taught for 20 years, owned an independent accounting firm for 20 years and earned her PhD at age 65.
She started writing novels sparked by the eleven years she spent in Palestine and Jordan. She enjoys writing character driven novels set in different times and places and hopes her work will inspire women everywhere to be strong--and never stop loving.
